Our infrastructural strength comprises of high tech machinery, a superb work environment & of course a specialized work force. Our factory unit is spread across of 44000 sq. ft area . All our machines are of the latest technology sourced from domestic and foreign markets. Both our production units are centrally located and easily accessible by all modes of transport.
Our strong infrastructure facilities and sophisticated technologies facilitate coordination in our work processes. The company is manned by a team of qualified designers, quality controllers, finishing and packing staff i.e Each department is looked after by the expert guidance of the concerned manager. Fabric Store
Factory has allocated 8000Sq. Feet area for storing raw material and pack goods. We have all modern equipment's for inspecting raw material and storing it in wrack.
Cutting
Factory has 5000 pcs daily cutting capacity with all modern cutting equipment's such as straight knife, band knife, fusing machines, CAD / CAM etc. cutting machines.
Five dedicated pattern masters along with three cutting masters, fifteen layer man, ten layer helpers, and ten bundling and numbering employees are part of approx. fifty employees of cutting.

Embroidery / Hand Work Inhouse
We have specialization in different kind of hand work. Factory has strength to do any kind of value addition in garment through hand work and machine embroidery.
Plotter
We Make Patterns Manually and Using CAD / Plotter.
Sewing
Factory has approx.. 700 sewing machines. 15 sewing lines with approx. 40 sewing machines each. 800 dedicated employees such as floor manager, supervisors, masters, quality assurance, inspectors and tailors etc. use these machines to the maximum capacity.
Daily sewing capacity is 6000 garments.

We have 3 Barudan-japan Embroidery Machine of 18 heads.
All the sampling and small production are done in-house we use zari ,poly thread ,cotton thread and silk thread we also make neck patches and laces in-house .
